Our Commitment to Privacy
ON99 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information you may share with us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to provide and improve our services:
- Usage Analytics: Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics collect page or screen views, feature interactions, a pseudonymous app-instance identifier, and approximate location derived from technical network information; our mobile apps are configured not to collect advertising identifiers
- Device-Local Data: Theme and language preferences, ticket drafts, saved budget plans, and recently created ticket links stored locally in your browser or on your device
- Technical Information: Device type, operating system, app or browser version, language, and screen information for analytics and compatibility
- Picks and Shares: Submitted number picks, draw details, and public share links and preview images that you choose to create; ON99 does not require a user account
- Notification Tokens: An Expo device push token and notification preferences when you enable mobile alerts
- Contact Information: Name, email, or phone number only when you voluntarily submit an inquiry via our contact form
How We Use Your Information
We use collected data for the following purposes:
- Providing Services: Delivering lottery information and maintaining website and mobile app functionality
- Service Improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to enhance features and user experience
- Communications: Responding to your inquiries when you contact us
- Legal Compliance: Meeting legal obligations and protecting our rights
Cookies & Local Storage
On the website, we use cookies and browser local storage to remember theme and language preferences, ticket drafts, saved budget plans, and recently created ticket links. In the mobile apps, supported preferences and ticket data are stored locally on your device.
You can manage or delete website cookies through your browser settings and remove mobile app data through your device settings or by uninstalling the app. Disabling local storage may affect some features.
Third-Party Services
We use service providers to operate ON99. They process data under their own terms and privacy commitments:
- Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics: Usage measurement across our website and mobile apps; advertising identifiers and ad personalization are disabled in our mobile configuration
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Hosting, databases, generated share previews, security, and operational delivery
- Expo: Delivery of mobile push notifications using the device token supplied when alerts are enabled
Data Retention
We retain each type of data according to its purpose. Expiry and deletion can be asynchronous:
- Submitted picks: Scheduled to expire 90 days after submission; removal is asynchronous
- Public share records and generated share previews: Scheduled to expire 30 days after creation; removal and cache invalidation may be asynchronous
- Expo push tokens: Until you turn off alerts, the token is reported invalid, or it is otherwise no longer needed
- Contact submissions and corresponding support emails: Retained for support history, dispute handling, abuse prevention, and legal compliance for as long as necessary; they are not included in automated or share-data deletion
- Identifier-associated analytics data: Retained for 2 months under the current Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics settings; aggregated reporting and provider-controlled deletion may follow different schedules
Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to our platform.
Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request access to any personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: Request deletion of submitted picks, public share links and previews, or push-notification data; contact submissions and support emails are retained as described in the Data Retention section
- Opt-Out: Decline to provide information or request we stop processing your data
Children's Privacy
ON99 does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of ON99 after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
